Ready Recruit is in the process of transitioning from our current email service provider “Mandrill” to “AWS SES” (Amazon Simple Email Service).
What you need to do?
- Step 1: Generating the DNS records to verify your domain with AWS SES here (https://help-readyrecruit.readytech.io/en/support/solutions/articles/51000354254-verified-email-domains-aws-ses-)
- Step 2: And also after adding your list of outbound email addresses here (https://help-readyrecruit.readytech.io/en/support/solutions/articles/51000291587-whitelisted-email-addresses-send-from-).
Once the above setup is completed, please complete this form to let us know."
We will then update the new email SMTP settings on the admin dashboard via the process shown below and make sure that all email communications are functioning smoothly without any complications.
