Introduction
Admin users can add Sender email addresses (for outbound emails) within the Ready Recruit product.
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up your sender email addresses on the Ready Recruit Product.

Creating a Sender Email Address
Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.
In the "Email Settings" section, click on the "Whitelisted Email Addresses (Send From)" option.
To create a New Sender Email Address, click the Add button next to New Email Address
The New Email Address modal will appear, name the Email Address and click Add Email Address
The New Email Address is now created! This Email Address can be selected when sending outbound emails from Ready Recruit!
Editing, Disabling and Enabling Sender Email Addresses
To edit an Email Address, navigate to the Email Address and click the Edit button next to the Email Address
The Edit Email Address modal will appear, edit the relevant information and click
The Email Address will now be updated with the relevant changes made!
To disable an Email Address, click the Disable button next to the relevant Email Address
This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Email Address
The Email Address is now disabled!
To enable an Email Address, navigate to the Disabled Email Address Tab
Click the Add button next to the relevant Email Address
This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Email Address
The Email Address is now enabled!
