Objective:
This is a help article that will explain the complete workflow of the following features when the SEEK integration is enabled on Ready Recruit:
- Post Job Ad on SEEK
- View Job Advertisements History
The Actual Workflow:
Post Job Ad on SEEK:
API Relationship = Job Posting
- Once the above setup is completed, users will have the ability to post job ads (vacancies) from Ready Recruit to the SEEK Job Portal (https://www.seek.com.au/). To post a job ad from Ready Recruit to SEEK, the vacancy status should be marked as “Approved“. Please note, only the user accounts with the “Office Approval” status will have the ability to change the vacancy status to “Approved“. Once the vacancy status is changed to “Approved“, users will be able to view a new button on the vacancy page called “Post Job on SEEK“. To post a job ad (vacancy) from Ready Recruit to SEEK, the users (Recruiters) will have to complete a 4 step process after clicking on the “Post Job on SEEK“ button on a vacancy.
View Job Advertisements History:
- After posting a job ad from Ready Recruit to SEEK, users will have to ability to view the posted job ad details under the "Job Advertisement History" tab on the vacancy page. This tab will display the following details of the posted vacancy:
- Status
- SEEK Advertiser ID
- SEEK Object Identifier
- State
- Expiry Date
- Created By
- Created Date
- Error
