Ready Recruit - Release Notes (14 Mar, 2024)

Roles - Ability to update role names (Improvement)

Currently admin users are not capable of modifying or altering the role names through the edit role feature. Therefore, in this update, we have included the functionality to modify any role that has been manually created on Ready Recruit.

Note: It is important to know that admin users will not have the capability to modify or remove the "Admin" role, as it is a system role set by default.

Vacancy Page - Ability to send SMS (New Feature)

For the customers utilising the SMS functionality on Ready Recruit, we are pleased to inform you that you can now send SMS messages to the vacancy contact mobile phones against a vacancy record. This new feature will be useful when communicating with individual vacancy contacts that are against a company.

Vacancies Search - Ability to send bulk SMS (New Feature)

Further to the above feature, users will also have the ability to send bulk SMS messages to the vacancy contact mobile phones from the vacancies search page. This newly added bulk action will prove beneficial for reaching out to numerous vacancy contacts for larger hosts.

What's new in Ready Recruit:

  • Added the ability to update role names via roles & permissions page.
  • Added the ability to send SMS’s from Vacancies.
