Form Submissions - New Filters (New Feature)
In the previous release, we have improved the look and feel of the form submissions page. And in this release, we have added the ability to filter against the form submissions. These new filters will allow the users to simply filter for specific submissions if you are trying to identify a form for a certain candidate to edit or review that persons form. The form submissions page can be accessed via the forms admin page.
The following are the list of new filters added against the form submissions:
- Form Score
- Form Completed Date
- Form Created Date
- Form Submitted By
New Vacancy - "Approved" status option (Product Idea)
Currently, office approvers (users with officer approver permission) have the ability to "Approve" certain vacancies by manually changing the status of a vacancy to "Approved". But this process has to happen only after posting a vacancy with a "Pending" or "Open" status first.
Starting from today, we have added the ability for all office approver users on Ready Recruit to have the ability to select an "Approved" status right away while creating a new vacancy record. The system will automatically check for the office approver permission based on the selected office (site) while creating a new vacancy. This means, users do not have to create a vacancy with an "Open" status and then change it to "Approved" status later.
Note: Office approver permission can assigned to the users against individual offices/sites via the "Offices" page on the admin dashboard.
Gateway - New "Work Type" filter (Improvement)
For Gateway customers, we have added a new multi-search filter for Jobseekers to view and search for vacancies based on the following new filter:
- Vacancy Work Type
Reminders - Improved Activity Logs (Improvement)
Earlier, multiple activity logs were being created when a user creates reminders or recurring reminders using the reminder schedules on any entity. Example: 16 different activity logs were being created for 16 reminders against a placement record which is slowing down the page loading time. Hence, starting from today, we have performed a small cleanup against these activity logs that will create only a single activity log displaying the details of all 16 reminders that were created using the reminder scheduler.
What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added the ability to search & filter submissions against quest forms.
- Added the ability to assign "approved" status while creating a new vacancy.
- Added the ability to search for vacancies based on "work type" on Gateway.
- Improved the activity logs against reminder schedules on all entities.
- Fixed an issue on SEEK integration thats causing some data to disappear on Ready Recruit.
- Fixed an issue for employers on Gateway were they were unable to create vacancy templates.
- Fixed a page refresh issue on the reminders schedules page on the admin dashboard.
- Fixed the permission "Can manage Invoices" around Invoices feature on Ready Recruit.
