Form Tags - Ability to Filter (New Feature)
In this release, against all the main search pages, we have added the ability to filter and search for records based on "Form Tags". Users can simply click on the existing "Tag" filter, scroll down and select a form tag(s) to search and filter for records based on the selected form tag(s).
Note: Please note, searching for candidate form tags will pickup only the records against which the form tags are added against the candidate entity, but not against the candidate forms. This filter will be improved in the future.
Vacancies Search - Add Tags (New Bulk Action) (New Feature)
We have added the ability for users to update the tags against vacancy records in bulk from the vacancies search page. This new bulk action will only add a new tag(s) to a vacancy record but will not remove any existing old tags against any vacancy. Where a tag already exists, it will do nothing to that record. An activity log record will also be captured against the vacancy record when the tag(s) are added from the vacancy page or through the bulk action.
This is restricted by a user role permission that has been included within the Roles and Permissions area from the admin's dashboard, allowing you to decide which user role should have the ability to add vacancy tags in bulk. By default this permission will be available only for the admin role.
This permission is labelled as:
- Can Bulk Add Tags on Vacancies
Vacancy Page - New Activity Log (New Feature)
The following new activity log has been added to the vacancy page where the users will now be able to capture and view the following details:
- Vacancy Sub Status
WHS - Improved User Role Permission (Improvement)
Some user roles in the system were still able to view and edit WHS records against the placements and candidates without having a proper user role permission. Hence, we have improved and fixed the issues around the user role permission related to the WHS records in the system.
The actions are now restricted by a user role permission that has been included within the Roles and Permissions area from the admin's dashboard, allowing you to decide which user role should have the ability to manage WHS records against the placements and candidates. By default this permission will be available only for the admin role.
This permission is labelled as:
- Can Manage WHS Records
What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added the ability on all search pages to filter for records based on form tags.
- Added the ability to add tags in bulk from vacancies search page.
- Added the ability to capture sub-status change as an activity log against a vacancy.
- Added a default sort order (latest on the top) on the vacancies search page.
