All Placements - New Filter (Status "Current" Between) (New Feature)

In this release, we have added the ability for the users to pull the placement reports that gives them all placements (apprentices/trainees) that were in "Current" status at any stage between two different dates.

Forms - View most recent scores (Product Idea)

In the previous release, we have added the ability to assign scores against certain fields on forms which will display the "total scores" achieved against each "Submission" or a "Draft Submission". Starting from this week, we have added a new field on the forms tab that will display the "Most Recent Score" achieved against all the submissions on a form.

All Companies - Create Notes (New Bulk Action) (New Feature)

We have added the ability for users to create notes against company records in bulk from the companies search page. An activity log record will also be captured against the company record when the notes are created from a company page or through the bulk action.

This is restricted by a user role permission that has been included within the Roles and Permissions area from the admin dashboard, allowing you to decide which user role should have the ability to create company notes in bulk. By default this permission will be available only for the admin role.

This permission is labelled as:

  • Can Bulk Create Notes

Gateway - Job Alert Emails (Ability to Unsubscribe) (New Feature)

For Gateway customers who use "job alert emails" feature, we have added the ability for the jobseekers to "Unsubscribe" from receiving the job alert emails without having to login to the Jobseeker portal.

Alternatively, we have also added the ability for the Ready Recruit users to "Unsubscribe" or "Disable" the job alert emails from being sent to the Jobseekers via the candidate page (Job Alert Emails Tab) on Ready Recruit.

Note: Jobseekers can always resubscribe to the job alert emails from the jobseeker profile page on Gateway. Alternatively, Ready Recruit users can also enable the job alerts emails from the candidate page.
