Forms - Automatically add "Form Tags" to the main entity (New Feature)
In the previous release, we have added the ability to create and assign the “tags” to the forms against all the entities. In this release, we have enhanced this feature to also have the ability to automatically add the form tags to the associated main entity. (Example: When a form tag is added against a form linked to a Candidate record, and when this form has at least one submission against it. The form tag will be added against both the candidate form and candidate record.)
Note: Please note, the form tags will be displayed against the form and the main entity only when the form has at least one submission against it. Users can also add alerts against the form tags and view the alert messages based on the tag settings.
Audit Summary pdf - Improvements to the Tabular Layout (Improvement)
Users on Ready Recruit can currently print an audit summary document (pdf file) against the placements and candidate records. In this release, we have improved the tabular layout of the audit summary pdf document to display the data in a more structured format.
Search Pages - Improvements to the Tabular Layout (Improvement)
Users on Ready Recruit can currently view the records against multiple search pages. In this release, we have improved the tabular layout against all the search pages to display the data in a more structured format. Users will now have the ability to scroll through the table easily that has more table columns than earlier.
What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added the ability to automatically add the form tags to the associated main entity.
- Added the ability to view the audit summary data in a more structured format.
- Added the ability to view the data on the search pages in a more structured format.
- Fixed an issue where the users were unable to create Gateway jobseeker accounts from Ready Recruit.
