Ready Recruit - Release Notes (20 Feb, 2023)

Forms - Ability to add "Form Tags" (New Feature)

In this release, we have added the ability to assign "tags" to the forms against all the entities. This feature is currently being accessed by only a few customers on Ready Recruit. But starting from today, all the customers on Ready Recruit will be able to access this feature. The admin users will be able to create the form tags from the "Tags (Alerts)" page under the admin settings. These form tags can then be assigned to the forms while creating or updating any existing forms against all the entities.

Note: While creating a form against any entity (Example: Candidate), a user can select a form tag, but the form tags will only be displayed against the forms only when the form has at least one submission against it. Users can also add alerts against the form tags and view the alert messages based on the tag settings.

Qualification - Status Change (New Option) (New Feature)

Currently, on a placement when a user or a field officer updates the Qualification status to "Completed", all the associated site visit records against the placement (that are not marked as completed) are updated to "Cancelled" automatically. In this release, we have added the below new option to allow the users to not cancel the site visits while completing a Qualification against a placement.

  • Do not invalidate Site Visits

Note: This checkbox will not be selected by default while changing the Qualification status to "Completed". Users will manually have to select the checkbox if they do not want to invalidate the site visits against the associated placement record.

Confirm User Account - New Workflow (Improvement)

We have added an extra layer of security to the user account creation process on Ready Recruit. When a user account is created on Ready Recruit, the users will receive a welcome email with a confirmation url (link) in the email. After clicking the confirmation link in the email, the new users will now be re-directed to a confirmation page, where the users will have to manually click on a button to confirm their account.

Once the user account is confirmed, they will then be re-directed back to their user profile page on Ready recruit where they will have to assign a password to their account.

Qualifications Search - Fix missing button (Bug Fix)

We have fixed an issue on the Qualifications page under the admin settings, where the users were unable to add a new Qualification record (using the "Add Qualification" button) on Ready Recruit.

What's new in Ready Recruit:

  • Added the ability to add tags against the Quest Forms.
  • Added the ability to not invalidate site visits while changing the qualification status to completed.
  • Added the ability to manually confirm the newly created user accounts.
  • Updated the brand colours on the Quest forms admin page.
  • Fixed an issue on the Qualifications page where the users were unable to add a new Qualification record.
