Qualifications - Ability to Export (.csv)
In this release, we have added the ability to export the list of "Enabled Qualifications" into a spreadsheet (.csv file) from the admin dashboard. Admin users can now export the following fields from the Qualifications search page.
- Classification
- Nominal Duration
- Qualification Code
- Qualification Level
- Qualification Name
- State Code
Note: Qualifications page can be accessed only by the admin users under the "Other Configurations" section on the admin settings page on Ready Recruit.
SEEK - Post Job Ad (Job Title - Char Limit Validation)
SEEK has made some changes to the "Job Title" field from their end. Customers with SEEK integration trying to post a Job Ad from Ready Recruit to SEEK will no longer be able to post the Jobs with a Job Title more than 80 characters in length.
Confirm Placement - New Workflow
Usually only the users that were assigned as "Office Approvers" against their offices (sites) will only be able to "Confirm a Placement" (turn applications into placements) on Ready Recruit. But starting from today, we have made this feature a little flexible by adding the ability to allow any user with any user role/permission to confirm a placement without having to be an "Office Approver" to perform this action.
Note: These new changes have been wrapped up under a feature flag. So there wont be any changes to the current workflow. Customers who are interested in having this feature enabled, please contact our support team by raising a fresh desk request.
Quest Forms - Fix Submissions Count (Bug Fix)
Based on the feedback received from some of the customers, we have fixed an issue where the users were seeing incorrect number of form submissions count. Usually, when a placement is being rotated, users will have the option to migrate the existing forms and their form submissions to the newly rotated placement. Hence, the newly rotated placements were displaying incorrect form submissions count as the submissions actually belong to the previous placement.
To resolve this issue, we have added a new column (placement id) to the form submissions window that will now display the placement id against which the forms were originally submitted.
What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added the ability to export the qualification records into a spreadsheet (.csv file).
- Added a new char length validation (80 chars max) while posting a job to SEEK.
- Added a new workflow to the confirm placement feature.
- Fixed an issue against the forms tab where the submissions count was displaying incorrectly.
