WHS Notes - List View in Multiple Pages
Users currently have the ability to add notes against a WHS record on a placement page. But currently, the system doesn't allow the users to view more than 25 notes against a WHS record. Starting from today, we have added the ability to paginate (10 records per page) and view multiple notes that were added against a WHS record on a placement page.
Events - Sort by Start Date
On Ready Recruit, users will now have the ability to sort the event records based on the following field:
- Start Date
SEEK - Ability to Post Job Ad without "LinkOut" option
For the customers using the SEEK integration on Ready Recruit, users will now have the ability to post job ads (vacancies) from Ready Recruit to SEEK Job Portal (https://www.seek.com.au/) even without the "LinkOut" option enabled against your SEEK accounts.

Security - New Permission (View User Activity Logs)
This week we have added the following new user role permission to view the user activities on Ready Recruit:
- Can View All Activity Logs
This is a user specific feature and the users can view their own activity logs through the User Profile page on the LHS menu (Sidebar). By default the above permission is enabled only for the admin roles. Hence, only the admin users who have this new permission and can access the users page, will also have the ability to view the other user activity logs from the users page (by clicking on the edit button against each user profile).
What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added the ability to self configure "preferences" via Gateway admin page.
- Added the ability to paginate and view the list of notes against the WHS records.
- Added the ability to post job ads on SEEK from Ready Recruit.
- Fixed an issue where the users were unable to sort the event records based on "Start Date".
- Fixed an issue where the jobseekers were unable to upload resumes when “Additional Info” tab is enabled.
- Fixed an issue where the user activity logs were not being captured.
- Fixed a security vulnerability related to CSRF (Cross Site Request Forgery) issue.
- Fixed an issue where the job title was missing while creating placements/interviews.
- Fixed an issue where the users were unable to sort the table results using dashboard widgets.
- Fixed an issue where the users were unable to perform default exports from certain search pages.
- Fixed the user identification issue on the product ideas board within Ready Recruit.
