Company Search - New Filter, Column & Export (Product Idea)
On the companies search page, we have added the ability to view, filter and export the company records based on the following field:
- Business Type

Public Forms - "Save as Draft" Option (Product Idea)
Starting from today, the "Save as Draft" feature will be available against all the forms generated via the "public links" option as well on Ready Recruit. This new option will be displayed to the users while completing/submitting a form against all the entities. Users can now save a form as a draft rather than just completing it then and there.

Purchase Orders - New Filters & Exports (Product Idea)
In the last release, we have added a new "Purchase Orders" search page on Ready Recruit. Starting from today, we have also added the ability to filter and export the purchase order records based on the following fields:
- Apprentice Name
- Created By
- Created On
- Date of Issue
- Date of Supply
- Description
- Purchase Order Approver
- Purchase Order Number
- Status
- Supplier Name
- Total Items Amount

Notification Email Groups - Display Group Names
On Ready Recruit, we have updated the notification group names to a list of drop down options instead of manual entry. We currently have the following notification email groups in the system:
- Administration Group
- Finance Group
- Recruitment Group
- Vacancy Internal Source Group
Note: The new email notification group window will now display the details of the notification emails that will be triggered against their respective offices and group names. Any other existing incorrect notification groups created in the system have been removed.
Placements Search - New Column
On the placements search page, we have added the ability to view the placement records based on the following field:
- Job Title
Candidates - New Statuses
We have added 2 new statuses to the candidate entity. The following new candidate statuses will be available starting from today.
- Eligible
- Ineligible
Note: For a quick update of multiple candidate statuses, you can use the "Bulk Actions" button on the candidates search page.
Notes Search - New Column & Export
On the notes search page, we have added the ability to view, filter and export the notes based on the following field:
- Created Date
