Feature 1: Admin Management Page
Reverse Marketing Outcome can be created from the admin dashboard.
Only the users with this permission “Can Manage Reverse Marketing Outcomes” can access this page.
Feature 2: Editing Reverse Marketing Outcomes
On the Reverse Marketing Outcome admin page, users can edit the Reverse Marketing Outcome option by clicking on the icons under the Actions column.
Feature 3: Enable & Disable Reverse Marketing Outcomes
On the Reverse Marketing Outcome admin page, users can enable or disable the Reverse Marketing Outcome option by clicking on the icons under the Actions column.
A disabled Reverse Marketing Outcome will not be selectable to the user. An existing Reverse Marketing Activity with a disabled Reverse Marketing Outcome will not be affected.
Candidate Entity
Feature 4: Assigning Reverse Marketing to Companies
A new tab has been created on the Candidate page called “Reverse Marketing”.
Only the users with this permission “Can Manage Reverse Marketing Records” can access this tab.
The Reverse Marketing tab allows users to enter details of Reverse Marketing Activity of a candidate with a Host Company.
The Company Name field is a search field for registered Host companies, whereas the External company name is a text field where users can enter name of an unregistered Host company.
A candidate’s Reverse Marketing activity can be associated to a Registered or an External unregistered Host company.
The Details of Conversation field is a text area field where the users can manually enter the key details of conversation.
The Reverse Marketing Outcomes that were created on the admin dashboard are displayed in the Reverse Marketing modal in the Outcome field.
The Next Contact Date allows users to set a future contact date of a Reverse Marketing Activity.
Feature 5: Assigning Header & Summary to Reverse Marketing tab
The Reverse Marketing tab for a candidate can be assigned a Headline and Summary.
It can be added from Headline and Summary add button,
Feature 6: View a Reverse Marketing activity
Users can view Reverse Marketing activity details by clicking on the View icon on the RHS of Reverse Marketing table.
Feature 7: Edit a Reverse Marketing activity
Users can edit a Reverse Marketing activity by clicking on the Pencil icon on the LHS of Reverse Marketing table.
Feature 8: View Reverse Marketing Activity in the Activities log
In the candidate Activities tab, users can view actions performed by users on a Reverse Marketing Activity.
The activities log records when a Reverse Marketing activity is added or updated.
Company Entity
Feature 9: Assigning Reverse Marketing to Host company
A new tab has been created on the Company page called “Reverse Marketing”.
The Reverse Marketing tab allows users to enter details of Reverse Marketing Activity between a candidate and the Host Company.
The Candidate Name field is a search field for associating Reverse Marketing activity between a Candidate and Host Company.
The Details of Conversation field is a text area field where the users can manually enter the key details of conversation.
The Reverse Marketing Outcomes that were created on the admin dashboard are displayed in the Reverse Marketing modal in the Outcome field.

Feature 10: Reverse Marketing Search Page Link
A new option for Reverse Marketing has been added in the LHS menu, under the Candidate entity section.
Feature 11: Filters and Exports
Users can use search filters in the Reverse Marketing search page.
The search results from the Reverse Marketing search page can be exported into a *.csv file using the Export CSV.
