Company - Ability to Delete (Product Idea)
On Ready Recruit, the company deletion process was a little critical and complicated as there are multiple associated records linked to a single company record. (For example: A single company record might have multiple vacancies, attachments, placements, notes and many more records that are required to be deleted along with the company). Hence, our developers use to perform the deletion of the unwanted companies or the duplicate companies manually from the backend based on the customer requests received via the Fresh desk portal.
This process is now automated based on the customer suggestions that we have received via the product ideas board. We have now added the ability to the users on Ready Recruit to delete the company records manually from a company page.
You will find a "Delete this Company" button at the bottom of every company page. Once clicked, a confirmation pop-up window will display all the associated records that will be removed along with the selected company record. For Gateway customers, this delete action on Ready Recruit will also remove the employer account on Gateway.
This action is restricted by a user role permission that has been included within the Roles and Permissions area from the admin dashboard, allowing you to decide which user role should have the ability to delete the company records in the system. By default this permission will be available only for the "Admin" user role.
This permission is labelled as:
- Can Delete a Company
Currently, Ready Recruit also allows the users to merge duplicate company records into a single company record through the merge companies feature on the admin dashboard.

Site Visits - New Quick Filter (Product Idea)
Against the existing "Quick Filters" on the site visits search page and site visits tab on a placement page, we have added the following new quick filter this week.
- Not Complete
Users can quickly filter and view site visit records based on the "Not Complete" status. Please note, these quick filters will not be available when the actual search filters are selected.

What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added the ability to delete a duplicate company record from a company page.
- Added a quick filter on the site visits search page to view the records that were marked as "Not Complete".
