Additional Info Tab - Ability to Reorder/Rearrange
All the fields under the "additional info" tab against the entities can be reordered by an admin user from the custom properties page on the admin dashboard. Starting from today, users will also have to ability to view the same order (which was set on the admin page) while updating the fields on the "edit additional info" window as well against all the entities.
Additional Info / Custom Properties - Ability to Export
Admin users will now have the ability to mark the custom properties (additional info) fields as exportable fields from the custom properties page on the admin dashboard. Admin users will now be able to view a new checkbox option “Show in Exports (.csv)?” against every custom property. Selecting this option while creating or updating a custom property will display the selected custom properties (Additional info) fields on the exporting list while performing a .csv export against all the search pages on Ready Recruit.
Reminder Types - Ability to assign user roles
Ready Recruit customers who wish to make the reminder types viewable/accessible to only certain users will now have the ability to assign "user roles" against the reminder types from the admin dashboard. Admin users will have the ability to assign user roles to the reminder types while creating or updating existing reminder types.
Users who do not have access to certain reminder types will not be able to view or access the reminder records in the system such as:
Reminders and Reminder Schedules creation
Reminder Type filters and exports
Tables Columns
Reminder Widgets
etc.
Note: By default, all the existing user roles will be assigned to all the existing reminder types for all the customers.
What's new in Ready Recruit:
Added the ability to view the fields on the additional info tabs as per the order (sort order) set on the custom properties page on the admin dashboard.
Added the ability to export the responses against the custom properties into a .csv file against all the search pages.
Added the ability to set the user roles against the reminder types.
Added the ability to disable MFA feature against individual user profile by an admin role user (if the authentication process goes wrong for various reasons).
Fixed an issue where the users were unable to view the contact licence records without a contact licence attachment.
Fixed an issue where the users were unable to add a phone number against an office (site). And also, added a 10 digit phone number validation against this field.
