New Support Button?

Ready Recruit is now integrated with a new support tool called Fresh desk. This new support tool provides access to the knowledge base articles, release notes, FAQ's and also the ability to lodge support tickets from within Ready Recruit.

Who can Access it?

Users with any role can access the new support button directly from Ready Recruit.


How to Access it?

All the users on Ready Recruit will now observe a new Support button to the bottom right hand side corner of the application on every single page.

Suggested Articles:

When a user seeks help regarding features and processes in Ready Recruit, they can click on the Support button at the bottom right hand side of the page. Clicking on the widget will show the user suggestions on existing articles.

User can search for desired article by typing some keywords on the search bar

Lodging a Support Ticket

Any user on Ready Recruit can lodge a ticket on FreshDesk by clicking on the Contact Us option on the support widget

Clicking on the Contact Us option will allow the user to provide details about them and the support issue and then send the request to Ready Recruit Support Team.
