Product Support - New Button
Ready Recruit is now integrated with a new support tool called Fresh desk. All the users on Ready Recruit will now observe a new Support button at the bottom right hand side corner of the application. This new support tool provides access to the knowledge base articles, release notes and also the ability to lodge support tickets from within Ready Recruit.

Product Ideas - New Button
On Ready Recruit, starting from tonight, we are introducing a new "Product Ideas" board to collect and manage the product suggestions across all the customers. Please view the short video below to see how to access and submit product ideas on Ready Recruit.

Merge Candidates - Improved Search Experience
Based on the feedback received from multiple customers, we have worked on improving your search experience on the "merge candidates" feature on the admin dashboard. Users will now be able to view the search results quickly and more accurately while searching for the child and parent candidate records on the merge candidates page.
Note: We will also be improving the search experience for "merge companies" feature in the coming weeks.
Interviews Search - New Table Column
A new table column has been added to the interviews search page where the users will now be able to search for interview records based on the following field:
- Candidate Preferred Trades
What's new in Ready Recruit:
- Added a new "Support button" on Ready Recruit.
