Security Settings - New User Activity Logs
This week we have added another security module that will capture the following user activities on Ready Recruit for auditing purposes:
- User Export Events
- Search Page Events
- View Page Events
This is a user specific feature and the users can view their own activity logs through the User Profile page on the LHS menu (Sidebar). Only the admin users who have access to the users page, will also have the ability to view the other user activity logs from the users page (by clicking on the edit button against each user profile).
Letter Templates - New Column
Admin users have the ability to add a "letter head" against the letter templates on the admin dashboard. Starting from tonight, admin users will have the ability to view the letter head that was linked to a letter template on the letter templates table on the admin dashboard.
Candidate Page - Reference Check (New Columns)
On the candidate page, under the reference checks tab, users will have the ability to view the following new fields:
- Job Title
- Phone Number
New Admin Page - Data Importer Page
For all Ready Recruit customers, we have added a new page on the admin dashboard where the admin users will have the ability to import the data into Ready Recruit application. The following new permission has been added to the admin role by default:
- Can Manage Data Imports
Note: There is a huge list of entities that can be used to import the data into Ready Recruit. We will be uploading some sample files to the knowledge base on fresh desk for you to help with the formats. Alternatively, you can always contact our support team if you need any data imported into Ready Recruit. We will import the data for you from our end.
List of all New Features:
- Added the ability to capture the user activity logs.
- Added a new table column on the letter templates page.
- Added 2 new table columns against the candidate reference checks tab.
- Added a new admin page to import/migrate data into Ready Recruit.
- Added the ability to upload multiple attachments on the email window.

- Fixed an issue on Gateway where the users were unable to receive the password reset emails.
