Attachments - Ability to delete
On Ready Recruit, users were able to delete the attachments from the main entities like candidates, companies, vacancies and placements. Starting from today, we have added the ability to delete the attachments against the associated entities as shown below:
- Notes Attachments
- Site Visit Attachments
- WHS Attachments
- WHS Notes Attachments
- Reminder Attachments
- Reminder Template Attachments
- Invoice Attachments
- Contact Licence Attachments
Emails - Ability to upload multiple attachments
While sending outbound emails from Ready Recruit, users were unable to upload multiple attachments against the email window if the documents were stored in different folders in the your local computer.
Hence, starting from today we have added the ability (either by clicking "browse" option or by drag & drop feature) to upload multiple attachments against the email window while sending outbound emails from Ready Recruit.
Candidates Search - New Filter
For Gateway customers, on the candidates search page on Ready Recruit, we have added the ability to filter and search for the candidate records based on the following field:
- Created Via?
This new filter will help the Gateway customers to determine the origin of the candidate record creation. Based on the options, the system will display the candidate records that were created via Gateway or through Ready Recruit directly.
