JobReady.Direct Release - 09/08/17

New features are now available in JobReady.Direct. Check them out!



Hi Everyone,

Over the past sprint, our focus has been primarily around increasing the usability of existing features within JobReady.Direct. An example of this is introducing the ability to capture the suspension dates of candidates and increasing what can be searched for in the quick search. With a handful of Filters and Exports added into the system as well, we are pleased to release the below features.

Placements - Suspensions

To increase data being captured for status changes, when Placements are put on suspension, users will now have the ability to capture the suspension dates.



When the dates have been saved in the system, they will be displayed under the Host Details section on the placement next to the Host Start and End Dates.



With the Status updating to Suspended, and the dates being captured, organisations could also build a list of Sub Statsues for Suspension to capture the Suspension reason.


Quicksearch - Applications
Previously whilst using the quick search option on the left hand side of the page, results of Candidates, Companies, Vacancies, and Placements were returned. JobReady.Direct has now been updated to display Applications in this list view as well.



Companies - Filters

The below filters have been added to the Companies index page:

  • Vacancy Status (Will find Companies that have a Vacancy with the selected status)
  • Active Reminders? (Will find Companies that have Active reminders - Future, Due, Overdue)


Placements - Filters & Exports

The below filters have been added to the Placements index page:

  • Suspension Start Date
  • Suspension End Date

The below exports have been added to the Placements index page:

  • Suspension Start Date
  • Suspension End Date
  • Candidate First Name
  • Candidate Last Name
  • Trade
  • Recommencement
  • Placements Properties
