Over the past 2 weeks, the JobReady.Direct team has worked on multiple features in JobReady.Direct that we are happy to announce in the release notes below. Features are ranging from adding ratings to particular records in the system, to capturing how long a vacancy has been open for.

Ratings - Configuration & Setup
Over the last couple of weeks, the JobReady.Direct team has been working on a feature to capture ratings against the core records within JobReady.Direct. This has been achieved in a way that is completely customisable for each organisation to build out a list of their own ratings for each of the entities within the system (Candidates, Companies, Vacancies, Placements).
To add these ratings, go to the Admin Dashboard - Configuration - Ratings. You will have access to add Ratings under each individual entity as shown above. Ratings are completely on the organisation to use as they wish and build their own rating system.
Ratings - Candidates, Companies, Placements
Once the ratings have been configured in the Admin Dashboard, users will have the ability to add the rating to the Candidates, Companies, Placements, (Vacancies in the next release) when editing the record.
Once the record has been saved, the Rating will display under the name of the record to highlight it. The next step for the ratings will be to make them available as Filters, Exports and Columns on the relevant index pages.
Vacancies - New Field
A new field has been added to the Vacancies to assist in capturing the time taken to fill a Vacancy. Days Open will now be displayed against each Vacancy, and is calculated based on the date the Vacancy is created, and the amount of days taken to mark the Vacancy with any of the following statuses:
- Filled
- Withdrawn
The next step to this will be to include this as a filter, export and column against the Vacancy Index page.
Placements - Exports
The below fields will now be available as exports from the Placements Index Page:
- Internal Source (Internal Source of the Linked Vacancy)
- Sales Consultant (Sales Consultant of the linked Vacancy)
