Over the past few weeks the JobReady.Direct team have been working on improving the notifications within the system. This has been a long project that JobReady has been working on for some time, and will help increase future notification functionality moving forward into movement notices. Our Zendesk content has finally been developed into the system, allowing users to access this content while using JobReady.Direct. More information is to come around this in the near future.

Notification Groups
JobReady.Direct over the past few months has been building up the ability to notify particular email groups based on actions against records. These were broken down into email groups assigned to offices within the settings.
This has been rebuilt into its own library of email groups that can be managed and customised for your organisation.
This can be accessed in the Admin Dashboard in the Office Section. Notification groups can have multiple emails included in each, and can be assigned to an Office. For example, Finance might be an email group that would have multiple staff included.
Keep an eye on this space for further development to come in regards to Notifications and Email groups.
Zendesk Widget
Over the last few months, JobReady has been investing time and effort into updating our user help content on Zendesk. This is nearly ready to be released to all Direct users, with the first step being introduced in this release.
When using the Support button at the top of the screen, users will now be prompted to search for an article from within Zendesk prior to lodging a support ticket. This will allow users to search our library of articles assisting them with finding a solution prior to lodging the ticket. Of course if you do not find your solution within the Zendesk Articles, you can continue to lodge a support ticket through the widget.
An email regarding the remainder of the Zendesk updates will be sent out in the coming few business days.
Letters - Attach to Email
When a user has created a Letter against a Placement, users will now have the option to generate an email from the letter record, that will include the letter as an attachment in the email. This can be performed by clicking the Actions button of a letter, and clicking the Add to Email action.
This feature has been implemented to help increase efficiencies when sending emails with attachments that already exist in the system. previously users would have to download the letter and re-upload it into the new Email screen.
Note: when Add to Email has been clicked, this will launch a new Email window with the attachment included.
Vacancy - New Fields
When a Vacancy is created in JobReady.Direct, users will have the ability to specify the number of positions that are available in that Vacancy. Vacancies will now display the total number of positions for the job, as well as the amount of positions filled (placement successful) and the remaining available positions. These will be available as Filters and Exports in the coming weeks.
Site Visits - Add New Visit
Similar to Reminders, once a user has marked a Visit as Completed, they will now be notified of the next upcoming Visit if it exists. Additionally, users will be able to create new site visits once marking an existing site visit as completed.
