JobReady.Direct Release - 01/06/17

New features are now available in JobReady.Direct. Check them out!

Hi Everyone,

We have been working very hard behind the scenes here at JobReady to work through bugs and queries that have come through Zendesk as well as providing as much development as we can. Some improvements include additional permissions to the system, Site Visits, and UI updates to some key areas of the system.

Please see the full release notes below.

Kind Regards
Andrew

Site Visits - New Visit Once Completed

Occasionally when creating Site Visits, the next Site Visit date isn't always known and using a template isn't always going to be accurate. JobReady.Direct will now allow users to create a new Site Visit when marking an existing Site Visit as Completed. This will notify users where a site visit in the Future already exists, or not.

Permission - Delete Forms

When creating forms against entities in JobReady.Direct, it is easy to create the incorrect form. A new permission has been added that can be assigned to Roles within the system allowing users to remove Forms that exists against a record where there has been no submission. Where users don't have this permission, they will still have the ability to complete forms, but will not see the delete option under the Actions menu of a Form.

Prominent Tags

Tags are crucial within JobReady.Direct, and are used frequently to assist in identifying or group records. When viewing these against records, JobReady has now given the tags a background to make them more prominent on the particular record. All Tags default with a grey background, however moving forward we are looking at grouping tags by colour to distinguish between tags used for warnings, and tags used for positive indicators.

Candidates - Applications Table

JobReady.Direct will now have an improved Applications table from the Candidates - Application table. Along with listing all of the Applications a Candidate has applied for, users will now be able to view the Application record from the View button, as well as reach the Vacancy and Company linked to the Application by clicking on the Company Name or Job Title of the Vacancy.
