Hi Everyone,
We are happy to announce that the new Seek integration is now live! We will be putting further information and documentation together for this over the coming week or so and will publish this on our zendesk page. Seek aside, we have also completed a substantial amount of development, to help increase user efficiencies and increase the data captured and displayed for users.

Companies - Company Source
JobReady.Direct will now allow for users to capture the source of a Company by using values that can be defined in a custom list from the Admin Dashboard. This is something that has been requested frequently by Direct customers, and so instead of using the properties to capture this information it will now be available in the Company record itself.
The Company Sources can be added from the Admin Dashboard - Configuration - Company Sources by Administrators with the permission to this feature.
Company - Sales Consultant
A new field has been included on the Company Tool bar for Sales Consultant. This is to assign and track the Sales Consultant against Companies when they are added into the system.
Predictive Search - Placement Filters
Over the past 12 months, JobReady.Direct has expanded the filters available to users by over 4 times the amount of filters that were available previously. We understand that where there is more filters there is also more scrolling to find those towards the bottom of the list. As a part of improving this service to users, we have built in a predictive search tool that will allow users to search for filters within the Placements screen.
This is the first stage to rolling this out to all of our index pages within JobReady.Direct.
Placements - Qualification Prepopulating
When a Placement is created from within a Vacancy following the Application process, the Placement will pre-fill the Qualification with the Qualification against the Vacancy. Where there is no qualification linked to the Vacancy, users will have the ability to manually select the qualification from the qualification listing in JobReady.Direct.
Permission - Remove Forms
Occasionally, forms can be linked to a record incorrectly, and will sit there with no submissions for some time. JobReady.Direct will now include a Permission that can be assigned to a Role to allow for the deletion of forms. These forms can only be deleted when they have not been completed. Once a form has been completed it will remain in the system.
Placements/Applications - Filter & Export
The below filter has been added to the Application and Placements search:
- Vacancy ID - This is the Vacancy ID of the Vacancy linked to the Application(s)/Placement(s).
The below export has been included in the Application and Placements search:
- Gender
