With our continuing development of the seek integration, we are getting closer and closer to being able to run some live tests with this, which will likely be in our next release. In the meantime, we have focussed on our ability to send automated emails based on triggers and status changes, starting the with prospect statuses. This is something we are hoping to expand throughout the system over the coming weeks to months. We are continuing to progress on merging our Site Visits and Reminders so that they are in the one table rather then separate entities.

Prospect Status - Automated Emails
In an effort to assist users in understanding where a particular prospect is within JobReady.Direct, automated emails and triggers have been built into the Prospect Status section of the Admin Dashboard.
Users will have the ability to specify which email group against an office should receive an email based on the Prospect Status change. This has been built in a way that each organisation can customise this to their own system.
Where a prospect status has Notify Finance or Notify Administration checked against it, this will trigger an email to go to that email group against the Company Office when Company has been changed to that Prospect Status.
For the example above, when the Status is changed to Hot, this will trigger an email to both Finance and Admin for the email group against the Office of the Company that was changed.
This is the first step to building customised automating emails based on triggers in the system with more information to come.
Reminders - Reminder Types
Over the past few months, the team have been working on ways to combine the site visits and the reminder records to be the one table. The next step in that direction was to enable the ability to specify the reminder types within JobReady.Direct. Users will now have the ability to specify the type of reminder, as well as the ability to build out their own list of reminder types for the organisation from the admin dashboard.
Candidate - New Application
When creating a new Application from a Candidate record, it can be difficult to identify which Vacancy is being selected when linking the Candidate to the Vacancy. In this release, we have included the Vacancy Reference ID in the Vacancy Search from the new Application section of a Candidate.
Letter & Email Merge Fields
The below merge fields have been included on the Letter Templates and Email Templates section of JobReady.Direct:
- Placement Expected End Date
- Host Address (Address Line 1 and 2)
- Host Suburb
- Host Postcode
- Host State
- Candidate Phone (Will use Mobile, where there is no Mobile use Home Phone)
- Candidate DOB
- Placement End Date
- Placement Expected End Date
- Qualification Expected Completion Date
- Qualification Completion Date
Applications/Placements - Exports
The below exports have been included on the Applications and Placement index screen:
- Supervisor First Name
- Supervisor Surname
- Supervisor Position
- Supervisor Email
- Officer Title
- Officer Mobile
- Sub Status
