This sprint has been heavily focussed around the recruitment and vacancy functionality, with the release including updates to the Vacancy Templates, and the Application Email merge fields. Our seek integration has one last step to be completed until we can start our live testing with Seek's production system, and will be sending out more details on this over the coming week or so.

Vacancy Templates
To increase the efficiency of creating a new Vacancy, JobReady.Direct has expanded on the Vacancy Template functionality from the admin dashboard. Users will now have the ability to add the following fields in to the Vacancy template to pre-populate when crating a Vacancy through the template.
- Job Description (Including html formatting)
- Job Title
- Qualification
- Trade
- Hours Per Week
Letter/Email Merge Fields
To increase the functionality of bulk emails to Applicants from a Vacancy, users will now be able to add Application specific merge fields. The below fields are now available in the letter or email templates:
- Applicant First Name
- Applicant Last Name
- Applicant Full Name
- Vacancy Job Title
- Applicant Home Address
- Applicant Home Address 2
- Applicant Home Suburb
- Applicant Home State
- Applicant Home Postcode
- Applicant Postal Address
- Applicant Postal Address 2
- Applicant Postal Suburb
- Applicant Postal State
- Applicant Postal Postcode
- Current User Name
- Current User Job Title
- Current User Mobile
