A big congratulations is due for Chris McMillan, who got married on Friday 17th March, I hope everyone wishes Chris and Linda the very best.
This sprint has been quite challenging as we come closer and closer to our deadline for our seek implementation, however we are pleased to say that our job posting development has now completed and is ready for testing with Seek.
We will be sending out our help content on how this will work with JobReady.Direct over the coming week or so.
We are also rolling out a new online userguide to expand on zendesk by the end of March. You will receive a separate email in regards to this over the next few days.

Placements - RTO Campus
On a Placement record under the Training tab, users have the ability to select an RTO in the Contract Admin section. This has now been expanded to select an RTO Campus at the same time. An RTO Campus will be a drop down list of all locations linked to the RTO record.
Site Visits - Undo Completion
Site Visits have been more frequently marked as Complete incorrectly in JobReady.Direct, causing the record to not be able to be removed if it was completed. JobReady.Direct has now included a new permission that can be added to a Role within the Admin Dashboard called "Can remove Visit's completed date". Where this has been set to a users role, that user will have the ability to remove the completed date of a visit so that it can be completed correctly or removed from the system.
For auditing and tracking, whenever a user performs this action, it is stored within the Activity stream to identify the user who removed the completed details.
Vacancy - Sales Consultant
On the tool bar of the vacancy, JobReady.Direct has shown the User assigned to the Vacancy, the Internal Source and now we have included the Sales Consultant. Frequently, these 3 are known as Industry Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Sales Consultant, however the User and Internal source were named generically as different Organisations use different terms.
