JR.Direct Release Notes (Aug 12, 2020)

Hi All,

Hope this email finds you well. We have some exciting updates for you this week. In this release we have worked on introducing new functionalities, improving the user experience on Gateway, fixed bugs and have also made some key updates to the product.

In the previous release, we have introduced the ability to upload ".mp4 files" as attachments on all entities. This week we added a new filter on the attachments search page where you can search for attachments based on the Company Trading Name. We have also added a new filter on the Site Visits search page to search for visits based on the Apprentice Name.

Users have not had a way in the past of being able to identify which alerts are outstanding without opening individual records. This week we have included the ability to search for outstanding alerts against all entities where the alerts exists. This new filter will find records that have a specific alert message showing against that record.

We have added a new application status called "Screening" based on the feedback received from different customers. This new application status will be available starting from today.

We have been working on improving the user experience while performing bulk actions on different search pages. We have started with giving you the ability to perform a dry run before updating the company officers in bulk from the companies search page. The dry run option will display the total number of company records that will be updated before clicking the Update button. In the future weeks, we will be introducing this feature across all search pages where the bulk actions exists.

For Gateway customers, we have increased the width of the vacancy details pop-up window on the job seeker portal. The job seekers will now be able to view more information about a vacancy without having to scroll till the bottom for too long.

Further to the above updates, we have added new table columns on claims search page and new fields against Purchase Order records on placements. Please see the full release notes below and let us know your feedback.

Regards,
Sreeram Goalla
Product Owner.

You can now perform a dry run before updating the company officers in bulk from the companies search page. The dry run option will display the total number of company records that will be updated before clicking the Update button.

New Filters: Outstanding Alerts

When a record has an alert outstanding due to a Tag not being associated to that record or an attachment on that record, users have not had a way in the past of being able to identify which alerts are outstanding without opening individual records. This week we have included the ability to filter for Candidates, Companies, Vacancies, Placements where the entity that is being searched has any outstanding alerts. This will find records that have a specific alert showing on that record.

This filter will provide the user with a drop down of Alerts that exist against that record type (Eg. Candidates = "Resume Missing"). This will identify any Records that have the alert still showing against that record.
