Hope this email finds you well. We have some exciting updates coming up for you in this release and also in the future weeks. In this release we have worked on introducing new functionalities, improving the user experience on Gateway, fixed bugs and have also made some key updates to the product.
In the previous release, we have added new filters to the attachments search page where you can search, filter and export the attachments based on different entity statuses, sub-statuses, kinds etc. In this week's release we are introducing the ability to upload ".mp4 files" as attachments on all entities. Due to the recent pandemic situation, some of the customers are organising Interviews on Zoom video calls and would like to capture the interview sessions and upload them into the system as .mp4 file types. Based on the customers feedback we have also increased the upload limit of all file sizes upto 100mb.
We have also introduced the ability to enable or disable the Sub Statuses from the admin dashboard. You can now view the Sub Statuses based on their respective entities on the admin page. Sub Statuses page can be customised from the admin dashboard under the "Other Configurations" section.
For Gateway customers, we have re-designed the existing dashboard navigation buttons (icons). Jobseekers and employers will now be able to view the newly designed dashboard widgets on Gateway starting from today. We have re-designed the dashboard keeping in mind with the recent advancements in browser graphics and responsiveness on different desktops, mobiles and tablet devices. The new design will be smooth, responsive and easy to click and navigate to other pages.
Further to the above updates, we have added new bulk actions feature on the candidate search page to create applications in bulk and a new dashboard widget for the field officers to view the due and upcoming events. Please see the full release notes below and let us know your feedback.

Users Page - New Columns
We have added two new table columns to the users page on the admin dashboard which will display more details about the user logins on JR.Direct:
- Created Date
- Last Login Date
Candidates Search - Bulk create Applications (New Bulk Action)
Updating records can become painful where a staff member has gone on leave or even left the business. However we have now included the ability for users to create applications in bulk for a particular vacancy for multiple candidates from the candidates search page.
This is restricted by a User Permission that has been included within the Roles and Permissions area from the admin's dashboard, allowing you to decide which user role should have the ability to update company statuses in bulk. By default this permission will be available only for the admin roles.
This permission is labelled as:
- Can Bulk Create Applications
New Widget - Due & Upcoming Events
We have added a new widget to the dashboard to allow for field officers to see any events that are assigned to them as a user with a Due Date in the past 7 days or within the next 30 days.
This widget will be turned off by default for all users. You can choose to turn it on and customise it from the widget preferences page by selecting different user groups, event kinds and offices.
Note: This widget will show only the events that are due, overdue and future.
Attachments - Upload ".mp4 files"
You will now have the ability to upload .mp4 files as attachments on all entities. You will also be able to view a new progress bar (that will show the file upload progress) after clicking on the upload button on the bulk attachments window.
Based on the feedback we have also increased the upload limit of all file sizes upto 100mb.

Jobseekers and employers will now be able to view the newly designed dashboard widgets on Gateway starting from today. The new design will be smooth, responsive and easy to click and navigate to other pages.
Sub Statuses - Disable Feature
The functionality to disable "Sub Statuses" has been newly implemented in JR.Direct. You can now enable or disable the Sub Statuses from the admin page under the "Other Configurations" section of the admin dashboard.
Once a Sub Status is disabled from the admin page, any existing records that had this Sub Status will still be displayed against the record and will not be affected. But it will not be displayed when you are trying to edit or add a new disabled Sub Status.
Note: It will also no longer be displayed under any search results on JR.Direct.
