Introduction

You can search for key elements in the system by using the Global Search function!

This guide will show you the features of the Global Search and how to use them!

How to use Global Search

On the left-hand side navigation panel locate the Global Search bar

Type in your search criteria and then click the magnifying glass. The more detailed your search, the more refined your results will be.

Search results will be displayed in column type as below.

Clicking the name in the Description Column will take you to the relevant page!

Global Seach also saves the 5 most recent pages accessed per category. This allows you to quickly navigate between previous pages.

This will automatically show when you click on the Global Search bar. Clicking on the name of the relevant page will take you to that record!
