Administrators can Merge Company and Candidate data within the Ready Recruit product!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you Merge Company and Candidate date on the Ready Recruit Product!

Merging Companies
Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.
In the Merge Data section, click Companies
This will take you to the Merge Companies page as shown below
This feature allows you to Merge a Child Company Record and Parent Company Record together to create one Company Record
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
You are about to merge Child to Parent. But before you do, it is worth extracting the details of the Child record for your future reference. Once these records are merged, the process cannot be reversed.

Enter the Child and Parent Company Records in their relevant fields, this will show all the Company Records information below the Parent and Child Companies
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
You are about to merge Child to Parent. But before you do, it is worth extracting the details of the Child record for your future reference. Once these records are merged, the process cannot be reversed.
This is your last chance to extract the details of the Child Company Record!
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
Now that the Companies are ready to be Merged, click the Merge button in the top left
Your Child and Parent Company Records will now be Merged into one record! You will be redirected to the Merged record once the Merge is complete!
Merging Candidates
Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.
In the Merge Data section, click Candidates
This will take you to the Merge Candidates page as shown below
This feature allows you to Merge a Child Candidate Record and Parent Candidate Record together to create one Candidate Record

You are about to merge Child to Parent. But before you do, it is worth extracting the details of the Child record for your future reference. Once these records are merged, the process cannot be reversed.

Enter the Child and Parent Candidate Records in their relevant fields, this will show all the Candidate Records information below the Parent and Child Candidates

Now that the Candidates are ready to be Merged, click the Merge button in the top left
Your Child and Parent Candidate Records will now be Merged into one record! You will be redirected to the Merged record once the Merge is complete!
