Process: Creating and Managing WHS Records - Body Parts, Injury Types and Workcover Insurers

Administrators can create selectable fields for WHS Records for use in the Ready Recruit Product!

This guide will outline the steps to create new Body Parts, Injury Types and Workcover Insurers for use with WHS Records within the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a New WHS Records-Body Part

Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Placement Configurations section, click on WHS Records- Body Parts

To create a New WHS Records-Body Part, click the Add button next to New WHS Records Body Part

The New WHS Records Body Part modal will appear, enter a name for the Body Part and click Add WHS Records Body Part

The WHS Records-Body Part is now created!

 

                                                                                

 

Creating a New WHS Records-Injury Type

 

Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Placement Configurations section, click on WHS Records- Injury Types

To create a New WHS Records-Injury Type, click the Add button next to New WHS Records Injury Type

The New WHS Records Injury Type modal will appear, enter a name for the Injury Type and click Add WHS Records Injury Type

The WHS Records-Injury Type is now created!

 

                                                                                

 

Creating a New WHS Records-Workcover Insurer

 

Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Placement Configurations section, click on WHS Records- Workcover Insurers

To create a New WHS Records-Workcover Insurer click the Add button next to New WHS Records Workcover Insurers

The New WHS Records Workcover Insurer modal will appear, enter a name for the Workcover Insurer and click Add WHS Records Workcover Insurer

The WHS Records-Workcover Insurer is now created!

 

                                                                                

 

Applying WHS Records-Body Parts, Injury Types and Workcover Insurers

 

Search for the Placement you wish to create a WHS Record for

Select WHS Records from the Information panel at the bottom of the Placement Record

Click the Add button underneath WHS Records

The New WHS Records modal will appear, we can add our Body part, Injury Type and Workcover Insurer in the relevant fields below

 

Red- Injury Type

Green- Injured Body Part

Blue-  Workcover Insurer

Once all relevant information has been submitted, click

The WHS Record will be created with our created Body Parts, Injury Types and Workplace insurer attached!

 

                                                                                

 

Editing, Disabling and Enabling WHS Records-Body Parts, Injury Types and Workcover Insurers

 

To edit a WHS Record Body Part, Injury Type or Workcover Insurer, navigate to the relevant type (in this example we will use a Body Part) and click the edit button next to the relevant Body Part

Edit the relevant information and click

The Body Part will now be updated with the relevant information changed!

 

To disable a WHS Record Body Part, Injury Type or Workcover Insurer, navigate to the relevant type (in this example we will use a Body Part) and click the disable button next to the relevant Body Part

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Body Part

The Body Part is now disabled!

 

To enable a WHS Record Body Part, Injury Type or Workcover Insurer, navigate to the relevant type (in this example we will use a Body Part)  and click the Disabled Body Parts tab

To enable the Body Part, click the Add button next to the relevant Body Part

This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Body Part

The Body Part is now enabled!
