Process: Creating and Managing Offices

Administrators can create Offices for use in the Ready Recruit product! This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Offices on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a New Office

 

Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel

Navigate to Office Configurations and select Offices

To create a new office, click on the add button next to New Office

The New Office modal will appear with the following fields

  • Name- Name for the Office

  • Address- Office Address

  • Description- A brief description of the office

  • Suburb- Suburb office is situated in

  • Office Approvers- Select approvers for this office

  • Phone Number- Office Phone number

  • Purchase Order Approvers- Purchase order approvers for this office

  • Email- Office email

  • Enabled checkbox- This checkbox is used to enable this office to be selected.

  • Show on Gateway checkbox- This checkbox is used to show the office on gateway or not

 

Once  the relevant information is provided, click

The Office is now created! Office details created here can then be added to a user's profile



Editing and Disabling Offices

 

To edit an existing office's details, click on the edit icon next to the office name

In the 'edit office' modal window overwrite the required fields and then click

 

This Office is now saved with the relevant details updated!

 

To Disable an existing office, click the disable button next to the office name

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the office

This Office is now Disabled!

 

 

Enabling Offices

To Enable a Disabled Office, navigate to the Disabled Office tab

Click the Add button next to the Office you would like to Enable

This will create a prompt, click OK to Enable the office

This Office is now Enabled!

 


Adding a Signature to an Office

To add a Signature to an Office, click the Signature button next to the Office name

The Upload Signature modal will appear, attach your Signature image by clicking choose file

Once the image has been added, click

Your Signature is now added to the Office!
