Hope this email finds you well. In this release on JR.Direct, we have worked on fixing bugs, introduced new functionalities and have also made some key updates to the product.
This week we have made some improvements to the search functionality in the backed on JR.Direct that will improve the performance and processing time while searching for candidates or applications that have similar names. This will still take few moments to pull up the records for customers with huge databases but will eventually process. We will be working on improving the search performance of all entities in the future weeks.
We have added new table columns, filters and exports on various search pages that will search for placements that have events against them and companies that have posted vacancies against them and many more.
Further to the above updates, we have also added vacancy templates page on the Employer Portal for Gateway customers, where the employers can pre-fill and save the job details against their profiles.

Placements Search - New Filter
A new filter has been added to the Placements search page where you can search for placement records that has at least 1 event associated to them.
New filter as below:

Vacancy Search - New Table Column
We have added a new table column "Host State" to the vacancies search page, which will display the state details from the vacancy location. You can customise the table columns by clicking on the "Customise Columns" button and select the checkboxes. Only the selected columns will be displayed to the user on the vacancies search page.
Note: This is a user profile specific feature. Hence, every user profile can set their own table columns.
Companies Search - New Filter & Export
A new filter and an export field has been added to the Companies search page where you can search, filter and export the company records that has at least 1 posted vacancy against them.

Gateway - Vacancy Templates (Employer Portal)
Vacancy templates feature has been added to the Employer Portal on Gateway. Employers will now have the ability to pre-fill and save the job details against their profiles.
- "Job Title"
- "Occupation"
- "Job Description"
This new feature will help employers save time in filling up the vacancy details or change any details while creating or editing vacancies. You can also use the "Clone" feature against each vacancy to replicate the vacancy details to create a new vacancy.
Note: The Vacancy templates page can be accessed from the top navigation bar under the "More Options" dropdown.
Attachments Search - New Sort Order
The attachment search page and all the attachment tabs against each entity will have the records sorted based on their creation date. The newly created (uploaded) records will be displayed on the top by default.
We have also made some changes to the attachments search page where the users can now view the attachments that were uploaded against the following entities:
- "Email Attachments"
- "Reminder Attachments"
- "Site Visit Attachments"
- "Contact Licence Attachments"
Note: We will be improving the attachments search page in the future weeks by adding more navigation links, search filters and exports.
Interview Search - New Export
A new export field has been added to the Interviews search page where you can export the interview records based on the following field.
