Hope this email finds you well. In this release on JR.Direct, we have worked on fixing bugs, introduced new functionalities and have also made some key updates to the product.
This week we have added a new filter on the candidates search page that will search for the candidate records that do not contain the selected tag(s). This new filter will be useful to initiate a follow up activity with a candidate where certain tags are not applied against them. You can also search for multiple tags that don't exist against candidate records.
When a new "Direct Placement" is created in the system, we have added a new email notification that will notify the finance team assigned to the office under the Notification Groups page on the admin dashboard.
Further to the above updates, we have added new filters, exports and many more. Please see the full release notes below and let us know your feedback.

Candidates Search - New Export
New export fields have been added to the Candidates search page to export the candidate records into a spreadsheet based on the below fields:
- Candidate ID
- Emergency Contact Email
Blacklist a Company - Activity Logs
We have added new activity logs on the company page when a user marks the company as Blacklisted. A company can be blacklisted by clicking on the option NEW > BLACK LIST.
Applications/ Placements Search - New Export
A new export field has been added to the Applications/Placements search page to export the applications or placements into a spreadsheet based on the below field:
- ID (Application ID or Placement ID)
Candidates Search - New Filter
A new filter has been added to the candidates contacts search page to filter and search for candidates based on the following field:
- Tag(s) Does Not Exist
When filtering for tags using this filter, the search will return Candidate records that don't contain the selected tags.
Note: When filtering for multiple tags that don't exist, this filter will actively find records where all of the tags that are selected are not present on the Candidate.
Email Notifications - Direct Placement
When a "Direct placement" is created on the system an automated email notification is triggered to the Finance Team assigned to the office under the Notification Groups page on the admin dashboard.

Contacts Search - New Filter & Export
New filter and and export have been added to the company contacts search page to filter and export the contacts into a spreadsheet based on the following field:
- Company Code
WHS Search - New Table Columns
We have added new table columns to the WHS tab on a placement page and also on the WHS Search page to view the WHS records based on the following fields:
- Last Updated By
- Last Updated On
Note: The Last Updated User and the Last Update Time as also captured under the "Activity Log" on a placement page.
Candidates Search - New Filters
New filters are added to the Candidates search page to filter and search for candidate records based on the below fields:
- Licence Type
- Licence Expiry Date
Note: Candidate Licence Types can be customised through the "Licence Types" page under the "Candidate Configurations" section on the admin dashboard. These licences can be associated to a candidate record through the "Additional Info" tab on a candidate page.
