Administrators can create Contact Licence Types within the Ready Recruit product!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Contact Licence Types on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a Contact Licence Type
Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.
In the Company Configurations section, click Contact Licence Types
To create a New Contact Licence Type, click the Add button next to New Contact Licence Type
The New Contact Licence Type modal will appear, name the Contact Licence Type and click Add Contact Licence Type
The Contact Licence Type is now created!
Editing, Disabling and Enabling Contact Licence Types
To edit a Contact Licence Type, navigate to the relevant Contact Licence Type and click the Edit button next to the Contact Licence Type
The Edit Contact Licence Type modal will appear, edit the relevant information and click
The Contact Licence Type will now be updated with the relevant changes made!
To disable a Contact Licence Type, click the Disable button next to the relevant Contact Licence Type
This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Contact Licence Type
The Contact Licence Type is now disabled!
To enable a Contact Licence Type, navigate to the Disabled Contact Licence Types Tab
Click the Add button next to the relevant Contact Licence Type
This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Contact Licence Type
The Contact Licence Type is now enabled!
