Administrators can create Company Contact Types within the Ready Recruit product!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Company Contact Types on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a Company Contact Type
Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.
In the Company Configurations section, click Contact Types
To create a New Company Contact Type, click the Add button next to New Contact Type
The New Company Contact Type modal will appear, name the Company Contact Type and click Add Company Contact Type
The Company Contact Type is now created!
Editing, Disabling and Enabling Contact Types
Editing, Disabling and Enabling Contact Types
To edit a Company Contact Type, navigate to the relevant Company Contact Type and click the Edit button next to the Company Contact Type
The Edit Company Contact Type modal will appear, edit the relevant information and click
The Company Contact Type will now be updated with the relevant changes made!
To disable a Company Contact Type, click the Disable button next to the relevant Company Contact Type
This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Company Contact Type
The Company Contact Type is now disabled!
To enable a Company Contact Type, navigate to the Disabled Contact Licence Tab
Click the Add button next to the relevant Company Contact Type
This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Contact Type
The Company Contact Type is now enabled!
