Introduction
Administrators can create sub Statuses for use in the Ready Recruit product!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Sub Statuses on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a Sub Status
Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel
Navigate to Other Configurations and select Sub Statuses
To create a new Sub Status, navigate to the tab you want the Sub Status to be created for (in this guide, we will create a Candidate Sub Status) and click the Add button next to New Candidate Sub Status
The New Candidate Sub Status modal will appear with the following fields
- Name- Name of the Sub Status
- Status- The Status we are creating this Sub Status for
In this example, I'm creating a Sub Status of Awaiting Training for a Suspended Candidate.
The Sub Status is now created! A good use for Sub Statuses can be to give more information on why the entity has the current status, much like the example given above!
Editing, Disabling and Enabling Sub Statuses
To edit a Sub Status, click the Edit button next to the relevant Sub Statuses name
The edit Sub Status modal will appear, update the Sub Statuses information and click
The Sub Status is now updated with the relevant information changed!
To disable a Sub Status, click the Disable button next to the relevant Sub Statuses name
This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Sub Status
The Sub Status is now disabled!
To enable a Sub Status, click Add button next to the disabled Sub Statuses name
This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Sub Status
The Sub Status is now enabled!
Applying a Sub Status
In this example, we will apply the Sub Status we created to a Candidate Record.
Click the Edit button next to Status on the Candidate Record
The Edit Status modal will appear, select the status we created the Sub Status against (Suspended) and then the Sub Status we created (Awaiting Training) and click save.
The Status will be updated to reflect the changes we made!
