Introduction
Administrators can create Vacancy Templates that can be applied to New Vacancies!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Vacancy Templates for use within the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a Vacancy Template
Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel.
In the Other Configurations section, click on Vacancy Templates.
To add a new template, click New Vacancy Template
The New Vacancy template modal window will appear
Fill out the relevant information:
- Name- Name of the template
- Job Title- Title of the Job
- Qualification- Select qualification from the dropdown box
- Trade- Select Trade from the dropdown box
- Hours per Week- Amount of hours the vacancy is for
- Job Description - Type in the content to be displayed in the Vacancy template
Once complete click
When a user creates a New Vacancy from the left-hand side navigation panel, the templates created can be selected from the drop-down menu!
Applying a Vacancy Template
When a user creates a Vacancy, Vacancy Templates that have been created can be selected from the drop-down menu.
The Vacancy will now have the Vacancy Template applied to the New Vacancy!
Editing and Deleting Vacancy Templates
To edit a Vacancy template, click on the edit icon next to the relevant template
In the 'Edit Vacancy Template' modal window, overwrite the required fields and then click Save/Submit.
The Template will now be saved with the relevant changes made!
To delete a Vacancy Template, click on the delete icon next to the relevant template
The Template is now deleted!
