Process: Creating and Managing Interview Types and Interview Outcomes

 

Introduction

Administrators can create Interview Types and Interview Outcomes for use within the Ready Recruit product!

This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Interview Type and Interview Outcomes for use on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating  an Interview Type

Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Other Configuration section, click Interview Types


To create an Interview Type, click the Add button next to New Interview Type


The New Interview Type modal will appear with the following fields

  • Name- Name of the Interview Type
  • Description- Description of the Interview Type
  • Enabled- Tick this box to make the Interview Type selectable in lists

Once the Relevant information is added, click

The Interview Type is now created! Interview Types can be selected when creating a new candidate interview for a Vacancy! 

 

Creating an Interview Outcome

Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Other Configuration section, click Interview Outcomes

To create an Interview Outcome, click the Add button next to New Interview Outcome


The New Interview Outcome modal will appear with the following fields

  • Name- Name of the Interview Outcome
  • Description- Description of the Interview Outcome
  • Enabled- Tick this box to make the Interview Outcome selectable in lists

 

Once the Relevant information is added, click

The Interview Outcome is now created! Interview Outcomes can be added to completed Interviews in the Applications tab of a Candidate Record!

 

Editing, Disabling and Enabling Interview Types

To edit an Interview Type, click the Edit button next to the relevant Interview types name


The edit Interview Type modal will appear, update the Interview Types information and click

The Interview Type is now updated with the relevant information changed!


To disable an Interview Type, click the Disable button next to the relevant Interview Types name

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Interview Type

The Interview Type is now disabled!

 

To enable an Interview Type, navigate to the Disabled Interview Types tab

Click the Enable button next to the disabled Interview Type


This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Interview Type

The Interview Type is now enabled!

 

Editing, Disabling and Enabling Interview Outcomes

To edit an Interview Outcome, click the Edit button next to the relevant Interview Outcomes name

To enable an Interview Outcome, navigate to the Disabled Interview Outcome tab


Click the Enable button next to the disabled Interview Outcome


This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Interview Outcome
