Process: Creating and Managing Tags and Alerts

Introduction

Administrators can create Tag and Alerts to be used within the Ready Recruit product!

This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Tags and Alerts in the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a Tag and Alert

Click on the Admin Settings dashboard icon from the left-hand side navigation panel

In the Other Configurations section, click Tags (Alerts)

To create a new Tag, navigate to the tab you want the Tag to be created for (in this guide, we will create a Candidate Tag and Alert) and click the Add button next to New Candidate Tag

The New Candidate Tag Alert modal will appear, if you wish to create a Tag without an Alert, enter the tags name and click

The tag will now be created!

 

If you wish to add a Tag with an alert click the Alert toggle

This will cause the Alert modal to appear with the following fields

  • Alert Entity- Entity against which the Alert will trigger
  • Alert Message (If Tag Missing)- What message will be displayed if the tag is missing from the entity
  • Alert Message (If Tag Present)- What message will be displayed if the tag is present in the entity

Once the relevant information has been entered, click

To view the Alert, find a record for which the Alert Entity was set up against (e.g Candidates, Companies etc)

The profile page will display the Alert in the top right-hand corner as below -

  1 x alert is outstanding and needs to be actioned. Click to view the alert message

 

If we attach the missing document to the candidate record the alert will be actioned.

 

 Once the alert has been actioned the icon will change to zero alerts requiring attention.

 

The Tag and Alert are now created and working correctly!


Editing and Managing Tags and Alerts

To edit a Tag or its Alert, click the Edit button next to the relevant alerts name

The Edit Tag modal will appear, edit the Relevant information and click

The Tag is now updated with the relevant information changed!

 

To disable a tag, click the Disable button next to the relevant alerts name

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the tag

The Tag is now disabled!

 

To enable a Tag, click the Add button next to the disabled Tag

This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the tag

The Tag is now enabled for use!
