Process: Creating and Managing Awards

Introduction

Administrators can create Awards within the Ready Recruit product!

This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Awards on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating an Award

Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Other Configurations section, click Awards

To create an Award, click the Add button next to New Award

The New Award modal will appear, name the Award and click Add Award

The New Award is now created!  


Editing, Disabling and Enabling Awards

To edit an Award, navigate to the Award and click the Edit button next to the Award

The Edit Award modal will appear, edit the relevant information and click

The Award will now be updated with the relevant changes made!

 

To disable an Award, click the Disable button next to the relevant Award

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Award

The Award is now disabled!

 

To enable an Award, navigate to the Disabled Awards Tab

Click the Add button next to the relevant Award

This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Award

The Award is now enabled!
