In this release to JR.Direct, we have made some key updates to the product, which include new personalisations, and security updates.
We have implemented a new feature to the login screen that will enhance the security of the product. User login session timeouts have been introduced on JR.Direct, which will log you out of the application after 60 minutes (default) of inactivity on any browser window. This new feature will enhance privacy and data protection.
Over the past few months, we have made some changes to the claims entity by adding multiple rebates to the claims. However, based on the feedback we have received from you we have introduced a new window on the claims tab to view full rebate details that exist against each claim. A new field has also been introduced under the rebates section. that is. the Rebate Paid Date.
Further to the above updates, we have worked on adding new filters, exports, merge fields, table columns and many more. Please see the full release notes and let us know your feedback.

Placements Search - New Filter
A new filter has been implemented on the placements search page to narrow down the placements based on the candidate's "Gender".
We have added the following merge fields to the placement entity. Below are the new merge fields, which can be used from Emails, Letters and SMS templates on the admin dashboard:
- Company Trading Name
- Company Legal Name
- Wage Level
Placements Search - New Table Column
A new table column has been implemented on the placements search page to view the placements based on the "TC Start Dates". This new column can be toggled from the "View Options" button.
Placements - New Status Option
We have added a new status option for the placement entity based on the feedback received from different customers. The new placement status name "Stand Down" will be available for in tonight's release.
Tip: Make use of the bulk status update option in the placements search under "Bulk Actions" for a quick update of placement statuses.
We have introduced a new window under the claims tab (in the edit button) to view full rebate details that exist against each claim. You can now view the following rebate details:
- Rebate Created Date
- Rebate Due Date
- Rebate Amount
- Rebate Paid?
- Rebate Paid Date
Claims - New Field
We have introduced a new field on the claims window under the rebates section to add a "Rebate Paid Date". This field will be enabled only when a rebate is marked as "Paid"
Merge Companies - Multiple Kinds
Currently admin users have the ability to merge duplicate companies together which are of company kind, "Host Employer". Now, we have given you the ability to merge the companies together that are of multiple company kinds.
Note: Customers who are not currently using this feature, please feel free to contact our support team to have this enabled for you.
Security - User Session Time Outs
We have introduced user login session timeout feature on JR.Direct. This new feature will log you out of the application after 60 minutes (default) of inactivity on any browser window. You can also use the option "Keep me logged in" to keep your browser session open, preventing you from logging out. This new upgrade will be effective, as of tonight and will be mandatory for all users.
Note: Please contact our support team if you want to change the session expiry time or to know more details about this security feature.
Contacts Search - New Filter, Export and Table Column
Currently users have the ability to enable or disable a contact from the contacts tab on a company's page. We have now given the ability to view, filter and export the contact records based on their "status" from the Contacts search page.
