Process: Creating and Managing Reminder Outcomes

Introduction

Administrators can create Reminder Outcomes within the Ready Recruit product!

This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Reminder Outcomes on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating a Reminder Outcome

Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Other Configurations section, click Reminder Outcomes

To create a Reminder Outcomes, click New Reminder Outcomes

The New Reminder Outcomes modal will appear, name the Reminder Outcomes and click Save

The New Reminder Outcome is now created!  

 

Editing, Disabling and Enabling Reminder Outcomes

To edit a Reminder Outcomes, navigate to the Reminder Outcomes and click the Edit button next to the Reminder Outcomes

The Edit Reminder Outcomes modal will appear, edit the relevant information and click

The Reminder Outcome will now be updated with the relevant changes made!

 

To disable a Reminder Outcomes, click the Disable button next to the relevant Reminder Outcomes

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Reminder Outcomes

The Reminder Outcome is now disabled!

 

To enable a Reminder Outcomes, navigate to the Disabled Reminder Outcomes Tab

Click the Add button next to the relevant Reminder Outcomes

This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Reminder Outcomes

The Reminder Outcome is now enabled!
