Process: Creating and Managing Attributes

Introduction

Administrators can create Attribute Categories within the Ready Recruit product!

This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Attribute Categories on the Ready Recruit Product!

Creating an Attribute Category

Click on Admin Settings from the left-hand side navigation panel.

In the Other Configurations section, click Attributes

 

To create an Attributes Category, click the Add button next to New Attributes

The New Attributes modal will appear with the following fields

  • Category Name- The name of the Category that the Attributes will be linked to
  • Attributes- The Attributes window is used to add the desired attributes to the Category

 

How to use the Attributes window

 

In this example, we will create some Attributes linked to the Retail Category

 

First, we will name our Attribute Category

Next, we will add an Attribute, in this example, we will add Cash Handling

To add another Attribute, click the Add button next to Attributes


This will add a new field to enter another Attribute, this time we will add Customer Service

You can continue adding Attributes to the Category using this method


Once you have the desired amount of Attributes added, click

The New Attribute Category is now created!  


Editing, Disabling and Enabling Attribute Categories

To edit Attributes Categories, navigate to the relevant Attribute Category and click the Edit button 


The Edit Attributes modal will appear, if you wish to delete and Attribute, click the Delete icon next to the relevant Attribute

This will create a prompt, click OK to delete the Attribute

The Attribute is now deleted, once you have made all the relevant changes, click

The Attribute Category will now be updated with the relevant changes made!

 

To disable an Attribute Category, click the Disable button next to the relevant Attribute Category

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Attribute Category

The Reminder Outcome is now disabled!

 

To enable an Attribute Category, navigate to the Disabled Attributes Tab


Click the Add button next to the relevant Attribute Category

This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Attribute Categorymceclip16.png


The Attribute Category is now enabled!
