Users are able to view all Site Visits in the Ready Recruit product!

Follow the steps below to view the All Site Visits Index screen within Ready Recruit!

Accessing the All Site Visits Index Screen

From the Left-hand Navigation Bar, select Site Visits

This will display a list of all Site Visits within your site!

Use the taskbar at the top of the page to - Filter/Search

1. To search for a site visit click on 

   

2. The options displayed in the drop-down menu allow a user to search for a site visit by using these filters
   
   

3. Once the filter has been selected click

   

4. Search results will be displayed
   
   

5. To remove filters use the "x"

   

6. To clear ALL filters select

   
   

Export to CSV

• Once your search has been narrowed down, you can export your results to CSV by clicking on

• The user will have the option to export directly from the search results or select an export template from the drop-down
  
  

Once selected click

• The user will be re-directed to the export screen where they can view previous exports and download the CSV file by clicking on
