Users are able to view all Application Records in the Ready Recruit product!
Follow the steps below to view the All Applications Index screen within Ready Recruit!
Accessing the All Applications Index Screen
From the Left-hand Navigation Bar, select All Applications
This will display a list of all application records within your site!
Use the taskbar at the top of the page to -
Filter/ Search
- To search for an Application record click on
- The options displayed in the drop-down menu allow a user to search for an Application by using these filters
- Once the filter has been selected click
- Search results will be displayed
- To remove filters use the "x"
Export to CSV
- Once your search has been narrowed down, you can export your results to CSV by clicking on
- The user will have the option to export directly from the search results or select an export template from the drop-down
Once selected click:
Customise Columns
- To change the columns viewed in the All Placements Index Screen click on
- Select the columns you want to be displayed and then click
Actions
- Once your search has been narrowed down, you can change the status or officer of a bulk list of Placement records by clicking on
