Users can Create, View and Manage WHS Records in the Ready Recruit product!
Follow the steps below to Create, View and Manage WHS Records within a Placement Record!

Creating a WHS Record
Navigate to the Placement Record
In the taskbar click
Select WHS from the drop-down
The New WHS Record modal will appear with the following fields
- Status - defaults to 'Open'. Click to change to 'Closed'
- Injury date - defaults to today's date. Click on the calendar to change the date
- Reported on - defaults to today's date. Click on the calendar to change the date
- Injury type - select from the drop-down
- Injured body part - select from the drop-down
- Workcover status - Active/Inactive
- Workcover claim number - free-type field
- Workcover Insurer - select from the drop-down
- Return to work expected date - select from the date picker
- Add document - select file to load
- Lost days - Type in the number of days lost
- Suitable duties start date - select from the date picker
- Suitable duties end date - select from the date picker
- Total Incap. start date - select from the date picker
- Total Incap end date - select from the date picker
- Comments - free-type field
Once the relevant information is added, click
The WHS Record is now created!
Viewing a WHS Record
In the information storage panel, click on WHS Records
All WHS Records submitted against this Placement will be listed!
Managing a WHS Record
Edit
To edit a WHS Record, click the Actions button next to the relevant WHS Record
Select Edit from the drop-down
The Edit WHS Records modal will appear, make the relevant changes and click Update WHS Record
The WHS Record is now updated with the relevant changes made!
Notes
Select Notes from the drop-down
The Notes modal will appear with a list of Notes attached to the relevant WHS Record
Attachments
Select Attachments from the drop-down
The Attachments Modal will show, simply click the file name to view the Attachment!
Delete
Select Delete from the drop-down
This will create a prompt, click OK to delete the Site Visit
The WHS Record is now deleted!
