Forms - Ability to delete sections & fields
As per the feedback received from some of the customers we have now added the ability to delete the sections and individual fields against a form that have submissions. Deleting sections and fields against a form will not impact any existing forms and submissions. Only the new submissions will be able to see the changes made against the form.
Admin - Security Settings
In this final quarter of the year, we are working on improving the security modules on Ready Recruit and Gateway products. We have added a new area on the admin dashboard called "Security Settings" to configure these items as per your requirement.
Currently, when a new user account is created on Ready Recruit, a welcome email is triggered to the newly created user account with a confirmation url (security token). The new user should click on the confirmation url to confirm the account, set a new password before being redirected to the dashboard. By default, the confirmation token is valid only for 48 hours (2 days) from the date of user account creation.
Sometimes the emails are missed out or the user forgets to click on the confirmation token within 48 hours (2 days) which will lead to the account deactivation. Hence, starting from tonight, we are giving the admin users the ability to configure the expiry periods of the confirmation token from the admin page. We have recommended the default period as 2 days, but this can be configured as per your requirement.
Note: We will be adding more options to this security settings section in the future weeks such as Single Sign-On, Account lockout policy, Browser session time-out policy and many more.
Data Importer - New Updates
In the last few weeks we have been working on improving the data importer on the admin dashboard. We made the following importers updatable:
- Apprenticeships
- Attribute Categories

- Claim Types

- Company Primary Contacts
- Company Contacts
- Events
- Locations
- Notes
- Phones
- Placements

We have also made the following updates to the data importers on the admin dashboard:
- Added a timer to all the data importers.
- Fixed an issue linking to the incorrect qualifications on the Apprenticeships importer.
- Added the ability to include locations data on the company contacts importer.
- Fixed an issue with the Highest Completed School Year Level field on the candidates importer.
- Added a new importer to import attribute categories data
- Added a new importer to import claim types data.
- Added a new importer to import primary contacts data against the company records.
- Fixed an issues with the sales consultant id field on the company importer.
- Added a new progress % bar to show the data import status.
- Added a stop button to stop the data import process.
- Added the ability to import Industry types data on the company importer.
Gateway - Resend Confirmation Instructions
For some customers, where the jobseeker records are manually created via Ready Recruit, a welcome email with a confirmation link is sent to the jobseeker's email address. This confirmation link is valid only for 48 hours (2 days) from the date of creation. Sometimes the emails are missed out or the jobseekers forgets to click on the confirmation token within 48 hours (2 days) which will lead to the account deactivation.
Hence, starting from today we have added a new option "Resend Confirmation Instructions" on the Gateway login page where a jobseeker can manually enter their email address and trigger an email that contains a new confirmation token url through which their jobseeker account can be reactivated.
