Process: Creating and Viewing Rotations

Users can create Rotations in the Ready Recruit product!

 

Follow the steps below to create a rotation within a Placement Record!

Navigate to the Placement Record

 

 In the taskbar click

 

 

Select Note from the drop-down

OR in the Host Details section click

The New Rotation modal will appear with the following fields

  • Placement Status - The new status for the current placement

  • Host expected end date - Prefilled based on current placement data

  • Host actual end date - Enter the actual end date

  • Comments - Free-form text field for any comments

  • Do you wish to Invalidate any Scheduled Visits & Scheduled Reminders after the Host Actual End Date?

    Tick this box if you wish to invalidate any Scheduled Visits or Reminders after the actual end date

  • New Placement Details -
    • New host start date- The date the new placement will start

    • New Placement Status - The Status you wish for the new placement to be

    • New Host expected end date - Enter the new Expected end date

    • Vacancy - Select a current vacancy to rotate this placement to, leave this blank if the vacancy doesn't exist

    • Company - The host company for this placement

    • Job title - The Job title of the new placement

    • Work Type - Select the Work type from the drop-down box

Once all the relevant information is entered click

The Placement is now rotated!

 

A new Application will be created with a status of 'Applied' and will need to be confirmed. The previous placement status will change to 'Completed' 

                                                                                

 

Viewing Rotation History

 

 In the Information, storage panel click on Rotations

The Rotation History will show

To view any previous placements, click the View button next to the relevant Placement

You will now be redirected to that Placement Record!
